VicRoads
VicRoads is a statutory Corporation within the Victorian Government Roads and Ports portfolio. VicRoads manages Victoria’s arterial road network, implements road safety strategies and programs and provides vehicle registration and driver licensing services.
Marine Safety Victoria
Marine Safety Victoria is the State's marine safety agency and is responsible for the administration of the Marine Act 1988.
Port of Melbourne Corporation
The Corporation is the strategic port manager for the Port of Melbourne, with the functions and powers to undertake the integrated management and development of the land and water side of the port.

The Department of Innovation, Industries and Regional Development (DIIRD) is the Victorian Government's lead agency for economic and regional development responsible for building an innovative state. The Victorian Transport, Distribution and Logistics action plan can be found at this site.
Port of Portland
The Port of Portland is a major import and export facility provider for the Greater Green Triangle Region. The Port services the region's rich agricultural industry (mainly grains, cattle and sheep), the forests products industry, the Portland Aluminium Smelter, and fertiliser production.
Toll Ports (Port of Geelong and Port of Hastings)
Geelong Port is the largest regional port in Victoria servicing the grain, timber, petroleum and fertilizer industries. The Port of Hastings is a deep water port located within Western Port. Dedicated Ro-Ro vessels delivery steel exports and imports for the BlueScope Steel Mill at Hastings. Petroleum products are handled at the Long Island Point jetty.
Victorian Freight and Logistics Council
The Victorian Freight and Logistics Council provides advice to the Transport Minister. Membership of the Council includes industry leaders, industry associations, unions and government agencies.
Victorian Rail Track (VicTrack)
VicTrack owns all land and infrastructure in Victoria used for the purposes of public train and tram based transport. Australian Rail Track Corporation
The Australian Rail Track Corporation Limited (ARTC) is a company in which shares are owned by the Commonwealth Government. It is responsible for negotiating new access to the interstate national track between Brisbane and Perth and aims to improve performance and efficiency of interstate rail infrastructure.
