Your application
Your application should contain a professional cover letter and your current resume.

Your
cover letter should:
- outline your suitability for the job

Your
resume should:

- include your personal details, work experience and qualifications

Interview
We conduct behavioural style interviews as part of our assessment process. This allows us to explore your experience against the key selection criteria for the job, as contained in the position description, and provides an insight into your behaviour in specific situations.
The interview is structured around the position description and will focus on your interests and motivations for applying and your relevant knowledge, skills and achievements.
The interview is conducted by a selection panel, which generally comprises three members.
Assessment
Your suitability for a job is generally assessed by:
- Your application
- Interview
- Reference checks (minimum of two)
Additional assessments methods may include psychometric testing or other relevant testing.
A police records check will be required. You will be advised of relevant administrative requirements where appropriate.
Selection and appointment
If you are the preferred applicant, you will receive notification of your success verbally. This will be followed by a formal letter of offer, which contains the specific details of your appointment including salary, position details and commencement date.
